Eden Sanders LightBox Preview

Greetings! My name is Eden, a storyboard artist (Sony, Warner Bros, AnimSchol) on a never-ending quest for creativity! While I spend my days storyboarding, I spend my nights working on cool stuff like THIS:

At my LightBox booth you might see such curiosities such as: 3D printed resin robots, Faux animation cels, and some character art prints.

Outhouse Helpers from Mech West animated series!

Animschool Studios is creating an animated series called Mech West, which is about a fantastical dieselpunk Wild West world brimming with rusty, clambering robots. Trailer: https://youtu.be/hLcXlqwk8ak

One of the mechs featured in the trailer was a toliet-paper totin’ robot called “The Outhouse Helper”. And so, naturally, I had to build it in real life!

These were 3D modeled in Maya, 3D resin printed on an Elegoo Saturn, and hand-painted. They feature 8 points of articulation and were cast & crew gifts to the Mech West team.

App Bots! Micro-Fighters of Social Media

app bots twitterbot instagrambot

Micro fighters with a flare for social media! These bite-sized mechs were based off the #AppBots series created by the acclaimed artist Jake Parker. https://www.mrjakeparker.com/ This first wave features lil’ robots based of the Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram apps.

These App Bots were 3D modeled in Autodesk Maya, and 3D printed using an Elegoo Saturn resin printer. Later, they were hand-painted using model paints and a special dry sponge/paint wash technique. Many of the weathering was inspired by Ashley Wood’s World War Robot series.

This first wave of tiny bots are available for sale on the Creative Mechanics Etsy storefront (while supplies last): https://www.etsy.com/shop/creativemechanics

These are the first App Bots of many! Stay tuned for more designs, more apps, more updates!

Bionicle: Micro Mata – Toa Tabletop Miniatures

The legends of Mata Nui are now within your fingertips…!

These bite-size Toa heroes stand at about 3 cm tall, perfect for role-playing adventures or desktop display pieces. AT LAST; you can finally make that Bionicle D&D campaign you were talking about.

*Colors and details may vary.

**Please note! The caveat to print these at such a small scale with such intricate detail means they are very fragile. If one breaks during shipping I’ll be happy to replace it, but if one breaks during use or play I am not obliged to send a new one.

Cheers!
